All orders are shipped USPS Priority. Delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS but generally takes 2-3 days once shipped.

When you place an order with Joe's BUGz you are agreeing to our terms of service listed below:

• Live arrival is guaranteed as long as the following terms are met.
• You must be home when the roaches arrive.
• If you cannot be home at the time of arrival, we suggest holding at your local post office.
• At checkout please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct.​ We will not be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of your order.
• We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
• We will not be held responsible for damage or harm caused by the insects or cleaner bugs which orders may contain.
• You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery time based on the USPS tracking data with photos of packaging for any DOA
• Multiple replacements will be offered on a case by case basis.
• It is the customer's responsibility to research the laws in their state.
• We do not ship any live feeders to Hawaii.
  
• We do not ship any Dubia Roaches to Florida or Hawaii.
